Our terms and conditions are set out below and apply to all transactions on the GS Shop Website. Please read them carefully before placing your order and then keep a copy for future reference.

Please also read our Data Protection section headed “Your Privacy” which deals with our responsibilities in connection with the personal information you provide. We also recommend that you read the section on “Shipping and Returns” which gives more detailed information about delivery, postal charges and procedures for cancellation.

A contract will be concluded and become binding between us only when we confirm that we have accepted your offer to buy a specific product or products from us. The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England.

Please take care to read all instructions concerning product performance before ordering, including any safety information and suitability for use by young children.

The specifications are as accurate as possible at the time, but may be liable to change and should be treated as a guide only.

Customer Satisfaction 
To ensure peace of mind when ordering, we offer a seven-day money back or product exchange guarantee (excluding postal charges) provided the goods are returned immediately, in original and resalable condition, together with proof of purchase and at the customers expense.

UK customers have the additional protection of the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, for details of which see the Returns and Refunds section below.

Purchase and Delivery

For delivery costs please see the Shipping & Returns section of the website We make every effort to despatch goods by first class post within two working days of accepting your order and receiving payment authorisation.

They should reach our UK customers within seven days. Delays are occasionally inevitable, and time for delivery shall not be of the essence. We may deliver the goods in more than one consignment but will not charge you extra. If we have not despatched the goods within 30 days of expected delivery then you will be notified by email and given the opportunity to cancel the contract. We will refund any money paid by you.

Goods are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given if you have already paid for the goods.

GS Shop will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods. In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damage in transit please contact us as soon as possible. All our products should reach you in perfect condition. Customers are advised to check their orders on delivery. If, on receipt, the goods appear faulty or damaged or an item is missing, please contact us immediately.

The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order - apart from the following exception. We make every effort to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

The purchasing of items within our shop is open to everyone. However, our prices and transactions will only be quoted and transacted in UK Sterling.

We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.

Returns and Refunds
In the UK, our customers are entitled to a one week cooling off period which complies with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. If you are a UK consumer, you are entitled to receive and examine the goods (as if you were in a shop).

Then, within seven days of receipt, if you decide you do not want to keep them, do not use them and take good care of them, you are entitled to a full refund provided you inform us in writing of your intention to cancel the order within the ‘cooling off’ period. You then have a further seven days in which to return the goods to us, together with some form of identification and proof of purchase, at your own expense. The cooling off period does not allow you to trial or use the goods.

We regret that return carriage charges are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty. Proof of postage should be obtained when returning products. It will help to resolve queries especially in the event loss or damage in transit. Great care is taken with packaging and your order should reach you in perfect condition but should any product arrive damaged, return it and we will arrange to replace it.

If you suspect a problem with your order, please provide as much information as you can by e-mail to info@traveldriplus.com for return authorisation and further instructions prior to returning the goods. Please retain all original packaging and accessories in case you need to return your product at any stage during the warranty period.

Conditions and Limitations
Our liability shall be limited to the replacement of goods which are defective due to printing or material defects. GS Shop assumes no other liability than this, not even liability for indirect losses caused by the defect concerned, including operating losses, loss of profits, or damage caused to real property or moveable property occurring while the product concerned is the possession of the buyer.

The Buyer alone shall bear the responsibility and risk involved in determining whether the products are suitable for the application intended.

GS Shop assumes no liability for defects which occur due to use of any products for purposes for which they are not intended, or for defects which occur owing to incorrect installation, corrosion, ultraviolet degradation, lack of care, or any alteration to the product carried out by the buyer. GS Shop assumes no liability for normal wear and tear, or for depreciation of value.
